Sonography Application
Students applying for the diagnostic medical sonography (B.S.I.S.-DMS) program must submit their application online before the application deadline, May 15, 2025.
Copies of all unofficial transcripts (excluding AV抖阴), DMS program statement, a copy of current license(s), and AART certification(s) should be included with the application.
